Established in 1993, Shanghai Bai Tu Weaving Co., Ltd. was restructured in Nov. 2002, from our fore body of Shanghai White Rabbit Weaving Factory. In March 2003, we gained independent imp. & exp. right. As an export-oriented company, we sell our products to Togo, Malaysia and Japan. We, as a private enterprise, is located North of No. 117 Jialong Rd., Shuxin Town, Chongming County, Shanghai, China. With Nanbao main line of communication close to the south, we enjoy a good location.
Keeping to the corporate spirit of "Earnest and Pioneering" since our establishment, we have focused our efforts on Quality Management and Cost Management to enhance the economic performance of our company in an all-round way. Under the philosophy of "Human Orientation", we are building a harmonious atmosphere inside our company, and stick to the road of sustainable development.
With 16 years’’ unremitting efforts, we have now become a fabric manufacturer with registered capital of 2 million RMB and total assets of 16 million RMB. And we are equipped with 112 sets of 1511-inch and 56-inch looms, 14 sets of imported rapier looms, 1 paste jar, 1 boiler, as well as warping machines and vehicles. By the end of 2004, we have earned net assets of 4.03 million RMB and fixed assets of 1.59 million. Besides, we cover a floor area of 3,500sqm with a business building area of 2,500sqm, and staff around 130 employees. With 5 weaving branches and 359 sets of looms, we, in 2004, produced 11.5 million meters of various gray fabrics with a sales value reaching 41.50 million RMB.
